We made the most of Via Velazquez, a charming home located in San Clemente, CA. Our goal was to make this property feel as spacious as we could, while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere. We used a lot of natural light and outdoor landscape lighting to create a sense of space. We focused on making each area of this outdoor living area feel like a completely unique world to each other. On the south end of this property you’ll find a brand new outdoor kitchen and BBQ island, perfect for cooking and entertaining. This area will be a great space to enjoy anytime of the year with the state of the art heating appliances built into it. Alongside the outdoor heater featured in the patio cover, you’ll find plenty of outdoor lighting to create the perfect space to create memories all through the night. We included a large custom fire pit and bench seating located in between the outdoor kitchen, and a water feature, ensuring the ultimate spot for relaxation. On the North end of the property, where it is exposed to the most sunlight, we’ve included a custom deck with lounge chairs. This homeowner can get the most out of the Southern California Weather right in their backyard. Tying all these areas together with unique stone, concrete, and tile work makes navigation of this outdoor living space an experience. Throughout the property you will find grass that doesn’t require any maintenance, artificial grass or artificial turf gives this one of a kind home the opportunity to be a true luxurious outdoor living area. With less maintenance and more time to enjoy gatherings and entertainment, we found this to be the perfect solution.
