Via Artemisia outdoor renovation project was a huge success! We were able to turn this family's ideas of a dream outdoor living space into a reality. Taking inspiration from Contemporary, Modern, and Coastal building types, this project features all the amenities for the ultimate luxurious outdoor living experience, such as a brand new custom pool and spa to be enjoyed all year round. With multiple decks and a full California room found right next to the pool, these hangout areas feature plenty of seating that makes any party or gathering a breeze. No backyard construction would be complete without a brand-new outdoor kitchen area, and this homeowner went with a custom BBQ island alongside a dining table that seats 8 comfortably. They’ll find themselves cozying up alongside two custom fire pit areas, making this the perfect spot to enjoy an after dinner conversation. This outdoor living space becomes unique in the small details, layered with beautiful stone and tile work, makes taking steps around this one of a kind San Clemente home feel as special as the next. We designed this backyard construction project from start to finish with the goal of this family to be able to enjoy the outdoors all year round, and we succeeded with custom outdoor lighting features scattered across the entire property. We paired every area with landscaping that complimented the home, that makes each area feel unique to itself. They can find each area to feel different from the next, from the custom-built hedges to the beautiful Southern California palm trees. All of these amenities put together truly put this house in a class by itself.
