Quaint and modern are the words you think of when you see this Laguna Hills backyard. Point Royale is unique in the way it uses its space. It's a modern track home paired with a beautiful side-yard full of luscious green artificial grass. These homeowners decided to build the ultimate summer extension to their home by adding a custom pool and spa. The pool and spa are surrounded by a lush landscape that really makes the backyard feel alive. Positive greens surround the attractive blue pool and spa. The pool and spa are lined with gorgeous white tile and stone work. Artificial grass, or “turf” has been installed around the pool and spa to keep this backyard looking tidy all year. Following the pool towards the back of the house, you will find a cool outdoor living feature: an outdoor shower! Perfect for those hot summer days! Pointe Royale was a fun project to work on, given the size and shape of the yard. We enjoyed working with the homeowners to come up with a creative way to use the space.
